Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or marked as dispatched by the vendor. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation availability may vary by vendor and product type. Certain items—such as perishable goods, customized or made-to-order products, and digital items—may not be eligible for cancellation. Any such restrictions will be clearly disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:

Vendors reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payments received will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Platform-Initiated Cancellations:

LeoMart reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, to comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud, address system or pricing errors, or protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout within a reasonable time frame, subject to payment gateway and banking processes. Shipping charges, if already incurred, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
