LeoMart is not a party to that contract.Limitation of Liability: LeoMart is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by vendors, the accuracy of product listings, or a vendor's ability to complete a transaction. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Shipping Policy: Vendors are responsible for shipping their products. Shipping costs, methods, and delivery timelines are set by the individual vendor and will be provided at checkout.Returns and Refunds: Our platform-wide Return and Refund Policy apply. However, individual vendors may have additional terms, which are detailed on their store pages or in your order confirmation. Please review these carefully.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.Vendor and User Content: Vendors retain intellectual property rights to their product images and descriptions. By posting content, users grant LeoMart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operational and promotional purposes.
6. User-Generated Content and Conduct
Users may post content like reviews and comments. You agree not to post content that is:
Obscene, threatening, or defamatory.
False or misleading.
Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Spam or promotional in nature.
